I took this picture few months ago

Now I have a similar one, but on a different spot and the tram got a new commercial. Where could I publish the photo? Shall I link it to the vehicle or to miscellaneous galleries?

Link to the vehicle of cource. If it's photo of vehicle, link to the vehicle. Galleries are for something else - infrastructure, scale models, and so on.

No. Photos from similar angles are not forbidden, they are just marked as I- (information value below average), but it's only a remark, not a reason to decline aside of quality. The only reason why picture could be rejected is bad quality (or usage of other peoples' photo without permission, but it's not the case). Also, as long as it's new colors/ads on vehicle, it goes for I+ (good infomation value).

I have an issue with publishing a photo from Sarajevo. What is clear to see, is that I took pictures of a trolleybus and that the trolley is in active service. It's one of those bought from Switzerland, but it hasn't got a number displayed anywhere. I searched the database and there is also no bus with the registration: T84-M-564.

I don't really know what to do with it now....

You can create a new database record when uploading if vehicle isn't found in the database.

Hello,
I have uploaded some maps of Prague tram net showing tram lines routing on newly build tracks - but i can't mark correct date of these maps because it is in the future. So I marked them as of unknown date.

All maps have been returned to edit because of missing date. So, what should I do now? Remark on one of returned files suggest marking them as approx - so should I just click aprox. (~~) and send it?

Dear Jiri,
For all maps in question uploaded by you the approximated future date can be easily estimated. This is what moderator wanted you to do - to provide an approximate estimated date. There is an option to select 'approximately (~)' ('přibližně (~)') to the right of the date when entering dates in the photo upload window.
If the tram project depicted in a particular map is delayed in the future, the real exact date can be edited by the city editor in the future.
This solution is not ideal, but it is by far better than uploading maps without a date, so they will get lost in a gallery of maps, hence they will not be searchable, and no one will be looking for those maps in the future.

Thanks, plans were accepted. Now we have to wait few years for the photos from new lines
