There are four new tramway systems under construction:

All four tramways under construction have odered vehicles from "Cital".
CITAL is a joint-venture (JV) composed of Alstom, EMA (Entreprise du métro d’Alger) and Ferrovial.

One the one hand one could say these vehicles are "Alstom Citadis" built under license in Algeria, but I think it is a bit like CKD Tatra (CZ) and Tatra-Yug (UA). When Tatra-Yug was founded as a joint-venture they built the same "Tatra T6B5" as CKD Tatra in Praha but they were distinguished from the beginning with a "Tatra-Yug" badge. The Citadis trams from the Cital plant in Annaba, Algeria are labeled as "Cital": http://www.cital-dz.com/albums/tramway- ... -bel-abbes
Conclusion: Please add "Cital Citadis 402" to the List of Models.
