Limit for uploading photos?

Hello,
I wanted to ask, what criteria affect the limit for uploading photos?
Usually I can only upload 3 of 7 images. If I have any photos uploaded few days is the limit to 5

So, at first, you should know, how much photos is your maximum upload limit. It appears on top of the upload form.
Then you should get information how much photos are in upload queue at all. You can get this information on first page of your personal room.

And then...

if in the queue are are 69 photos or less, your upload limit for today is the same as your maximum limit;
if in the queue are from 70 to 149 photos, your upload limit for today is 70% of your maximum limit;
if in the queue are from 150 to 219 photos, your upload limit for today is 35% of your maximum limit;
if in the queue are more than 220 photos, you can't upload more than 3 photos.

My current limit - 3 photos, max out - 7
Total number of photos in the queue: 362 (19:17, 2011-07-03)

Usually when I have something upload, 250-500 photos in the queue. The scenario is probably in the long run only 3 photos per day.

I had heard from other users that they can always reach their maximum limit. Hence my request for the limit.

Some users have infinite limit, so they can upload as much photos, as they want, not depending of queue size. Very small count of users have ability to upload photos without having to stand in queue, as soon they upload photos, they appear on site.
