How create a new City ?

Hello,

How i can create a new city at STTS?
I would like to load pictures of Metro from City "Palma de Mallorca" in Spain.
But i dont know how i can make it.

Daniel, when uploading photos, then choose from the list "City, vehicle type" - [city is not in the list]. Enter the desired city in the "Remarks"

I have try to load the picture, but there comes a error.

Hello,

this problem was this:

I try more times, but everytime the same defect.
Next time i would like to create a other city to.
But its not so easy i see.
