Taipei MRT trains and collaborative models

In taiwan there was no domestic manufacturer of metro trains or tramways so they developed their own industry over time. In the trams everything is domestically produced, but with technical help from abroad, so it is easy, everything is made by TRSC (Taiwan Rolling Stock Company). It is the only domestic maker (Kaohsiung trams from France and Spain).
But, in the metro trains it is a totally different story and maybe it is not accurate to put the trains as Kawasaki. Let me show what I mean.
C371, trains before 2008 are listed as Kawasaki only because they were made entirely in Japan and exported. Trains beginning in 2008 have Kawasaki listed as a Contractor and TRSC as the Manufacturer.

C381, trains before 2011 are listed as Kawaski only, etc, but trains beginning in 2011 are listed as both, with no extra information.

It seems the Taoyuan Metro local trains were all collaborative

And finally, for the most recent lines like the Taichung Metro and also the Taiwan circular line, I have not seen any photos of the builder yet.
So, my question is how should these individual models be classified? And how should it be done in other cases.
