Dear Moderator, please check:
This photo was rejected with "low image quality". But indeed I used high resolution and I watch at home, it is also sharp, not any extensive photoshop work done on it. It has a quality like all other photos which were taken without a problem. http://transphoto.ru/photo-all/1289972/
The other matter:
This one already from 3.1.2018 and nobody yet look at it:

I uploaded it to show the street. I uploaded it under category of street. Not tram category. Yet, there was a reject and reason was, tram too small. Tram not important but look at the condition of the tracks. I have seen photos like this uploaded and no problem.
